This page explains what you may do with the avatars (“folks”) and artwork made with Wobblefolk. The parts and artwork are provided by ondelva (the “Operator”).
Free use
Without Pro Commercial, you may use folks for personal, non-commercial purposes, for example:
- profile pictures
- social media posts
- personal prints and gifts
No attribution is required.
Pro use
Pro (USD 7) unlocks Pro parts and watermark-free high-resolution PNGs. The use rules are the same as free use: personal and non-commercial only.
Pro Commercial use
Pro Commercial (USD 19) includes everything in Pro, SVG files, and a commercial-use license. With Pro Commercial you may use folks for:
- products for sale and merch
- branding and logos for a small business
- client work
- advertising
- monetized content
The Pro Commercial license is perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive and non-transferable. It belongs to the purchaser, who is either one person or one business entity. Both plans are sold through Polar; see the Refund policy and Terms.
Not allowed, with or without Pro
- Claiming exclusive ownership of a folk. Anyone can create the same combination, so folks are not unique.
- Registering folks or parts as trademarks.
- Reselling or redistributing the parts or artwork as standalone assets, as an avatar or asset pack, or as a template.
- Minting NFTs.
- Using the artwork to train or fine-tune AI or machine learning models, or to build datasets.
- Any use that is illegal, hateful or defamatory.
About the artwork
The parts are vector drawings made for Wobblefolk and selected by the Operator. Your permission to use them comes from this license, which is part of the Terms you accept when using Wobblefolk. It does not transfer ownership of the artwork, and the same rules apply to everyone who uses the Service.
Ownership
You do not receive ownership of the parts or artwork. You receive only the rights described here. All rights not granted are reserved by the Operator. If you break these terms, the Operator may end your license.
Fonts
Text decorations and the site text use fonts licensed under the SIL Open Font License 1.1. These fonts remain under their own licenses, not this one.
