Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using Wobblefolk (the “Service”), operated by ondelva (the “Operator”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Wobblefolk is a web app (PWA) where you combine vector layers made for Wobblefolk (background, pattern, body, outfit, eyes, mouth, face extras, hair) into doodle avatars. Each avatar has a permanent link at /a/{id}. Anyone can create the same combination, so avatars are not unique or exclusive.

There are no user accounts. Free features include making and sharing avatars, saving a PNG (up to 1080px) for personal use, and adding text decorations.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to break the law, attack or overload it, bypass rate limits, or interfere with other people’s use.

4. User content and reporting

You are responsible for the text you add to a decoration. These are prohibited:

Shared decoration pages are not indexed by search engines and have a report button. Content reported 3 times is hidden automatically and may be removed. You can also ask the Operator to delete a decoration you shared: im@wobblefolk.com.

If content infringes your rights (for example defamation, privacy or copyright), use the “Rights infringement report” link on the shared page, or email the page link and the reason to im@wobblefolk.com. The content is hidden as soon as the report arrives, and we reply by email within 7 days. Decorations are anonymous, so we cannot notify the person who made them.

5. Intellectual property and license

The parts and artwork are provided by the Operator. The Service’s software, design, name and logo belong to the Operator. What you may do with the artwork is set out in the License, which is part of these Terms.

6. Paid features

Pro (USD 7) and Pro Commercial (USD 19) are one-time purchases sold through Polar, which acts as merchant of record and handles payment, taxes and receipts. You receive a license key by email. See the Refund policy. If you are a minor, ask a parent or guardian before buying.

7. Third-party partners

The Service links to partners such as Zazzle, CASETiFY and Etsy. They are responsible for their own sales, printing, shipping, taxes, returns and data handling. The Operator may earn commissions or royalties from partner links.

8. Availability and liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service. Nothing in these Terms removes rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

9. Changes

The Operator may update these Terms. The date above shows the latest revision. Continued use after a change means you accept it.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. If you are a consumer, you keep the mandatory protections of the country where you live.
