Privacy Policy

This policy explains how ondelva (the “Operator”) handles data when you use Wobblefolk. There are no user accounts and no tracking cookies.
What is processed
- Language cookie. One functional cookie, “lang”, remembers your language for 1 year.
- Browser storage. Your Pro license key and a 24-hour token are kept in your browser (localStorage).
- Text decorations. If you choose to save or share one, it is stored on the server (Cloudflare Workers KV) under a content hash, with the frame and positions. No user identifier is attached.
- IP addresses. Cloudflare processes them briefly for rate limiting and security, and they appear in request logs (Cloudflare Workers Logs) used for operations.
- Analytics. Umami Cloud measures aggregate visits and page views. It uses no cookies and is configured to run only on wobblefolk.com. It also records anonymous usage events (for example saving, sharing, opening the text editor or a Pro purchase click) without any personal data.
- Text reports. To count each reporter once, we keep a hash of your IP address combined with the reported decoration, keyed with a secret only the Operator holds, for 30 days. The IP address itself is not stored.
- Rights infringement reports. If you send one, we keep your email, the reason and details for 1 year to handle it and reply. Emails are sent through Resend.
- Partners. Polar, Zazzle, Etsy and CASETiFY process data under their own policies when you go to their sites.
Purposes and legal bases
- Security, rate limiting, operations and analytics: legitimate interests.
- Pro license validation with Polar: performance of a contract.
- Language cookie and other optional items: consent where applicable.
Retention
Shared decorations are kept until a deletion request or removal. Logs are kept for the short period set by Cloudflare. Your license key stays in your browser until you clear it.
International transfers
The Service runs on Cloudflare’s global network and uses Umami Cloud for analytics and Resend for email, so data may be processed outside your country. Safeguards follow the providers’ own terms.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (GDPR, UK GDPR, Korean PIPA and others), you may request access, deletion, or object to processing. Because decorations carry no user identifier, we may ask for the page link to find your data. We do not sell personal data.
Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13 (under 14 in Korea). Please contact us if you believe a child has provided data.
